Navdeep Sandhu
Registered Physiotherapist
Navi has worked extensively in the field of physiotherapy for the past 21 years and has
accumulated a wide range of experience during this time. He has completed the GUNN
IMS Dry Needling program at the University of British Columbia and has worked with a
diverse spectrum of patients, including those with orthopedic, sports injury, pediatric,
geriatric, neurology, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy conditions. Navi graduated
with his physiotherapy degree from CCS University in 2004. After graduating, he worked
as a physiotherapist in a physiotherapy clinic for a couple of years. Right after that, he
started his PhD degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at the University of
Kansas Medical Centre, Kansas. As a PhD student, he worked on a couple of NIH-
funded research projects which investigated Alzheimer’s and strokes. In 2012,
he again decided to start working in a clinical setting. In January 2015, he established
Sheer Health Physiotherapy in northwest London inside the Sheer Health Walk-in clinic.
He has completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture program from McMaster
University. He has completed the McKenzie Part A program and is also certified to
perform concussion management and vestibular therapy.
Navi enjoys soccer, running, basketball, hiking, tennis, working out in the gym,
canoeing, fishing, camping, and he loves to spend his time with his family.
He can speak English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu fluently. He can also speak basic
Spanish.


Manpreet Kaur
Registered Physiotherapist
With almost 16 years of experience in the field of physiotherapy, Manpreet is a highly
dedicated professional committed to providing the highest quality of care to her patients.
Manpreet has extensive knowledge about Orthopedic conditions and injuries. She has
practiced and successfully treated Orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological and traumatic
patients. She completed her Master’s Degree in Orthopedics (Musculoskeletal) in
2008 and has worked in various private clinics and institutions. She instructed
physiotherapy students for two years back in India, and her patient-centred approach
and compassion make her an exceptional physiotherapist. She
uses McKenzie, Mulligan and Maitland techniques for spinal therapy. Manpreet
creates highly effective treatment plans for her patients with the combination of manual therapy, exercise therapy, education and therapeutic modalities and ensures patient
satisfaction and care at each visit. Manpreet enjoys reading, travelling and shopping.
She is a Level-1 pelvic floor health care provider.
Brenda Cameron
Brenda has been working as a registered massage therapist for the last 35 years. She has also been teaching in a massage therapy school for the last 30 years. Brenda excels at every step with her knowledge and friendliness.


Rani
Receptionist
Rani started working at Sheer Health Physiotherapy in 2016. She thoroughly enjoys
committing her time to helping the patients at Sheer Health Physiotherapy. She takes
pride in making all our clients feel comfortable and well taken care of. During her free
time, she enjoys outdoor time, spending time with family and crocheting. She
fluently speaks many languages, such as English, Hindi, Urdu, and Kannada.
Janet Orkic
Receptionist
Janet joined the Sheer Health physio team in 2016; ever since, she has been an
integral part of our organization. She is very helpful and friendly. She can
speak English and Greek fluently.
